Rtn. Anil Newale is a visionary entrepreneur and socially committed leader whose journey exemplifies excellence in industry, environmental responsibility, and humanitarian service.
As the Founder of Kalyani Enterprises (est. 1994), he has built a leading ISO 9001-certified organization specializing in energy-efficient industrial furnaces and environmentally friendly crematorium and incinerator systems. His innovations have significantly reduced environmental pollution by offering sustainable alternatives to traditional methods, establishing new benchmarks in eco-conscious industrial heating solutions.
In recognition of his contribution to environmental sustainability, Rtn.Anil Newale was honored with the Impactful Environmental Award 2025 by the Lokmat Media Group for developing an environmentally friendly incinerator project implemented in Hong Kong — a testament to his global impact and technological excellence.
Beyond business, he lives the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self.” A committed member of the Rotary Club of Pimpri Town from 2006–07, he served as Club President (2012–13), leading the impactful “Save Girl Child” initiative that earned South Asia recognition. He also served Rotary International District 3131 as District Polio Director (2015–16), contributing to Rotary’s global polio eradication mission.
During the COVID-19 crisis, he demonstrated extraordinary compassion by ensuring immediate — and often free — repair of crematorium systems, enabling families to perform dignified last rites during a time of immense hardship.
