Cryostat Microtome Machine Donated to Sassoon Hospital

 Rotary Club of Poona Airport  donated a Cryostat Microtome Machine to Sassoon Hospital. Inauguration of the Cryostat Microtome Machine was done at Sassoon Hospital, which costs Rs.30,00,000/-. 90% of the contribution received from club's CSR partners Alkyl Amines towards this project. Cryostat Microtome is a machine that cuts thin slices of frozen tissue at low temperatures for microscopic examination. This machine was donated to the Pathology Department at BJ Medical College by Rotary Club Of Poona Airport.
