Report:
A Medical Check-up Camp was successfully organized on 18 January 2026 at Vaijanath Village, Karjat, by Rotary Club of Kharghar Midtown in association with RCC Health Horizon and Medicover Hospital, in collaboration with A. C. Patil College of Engineering, Kharghar, as part of the NSS project undertaken by the college students.
The camp benefited over 205 patients from the village. Specialist doctors from various disciplines provided consultations along with dietician and physiotherapy services. Diagnostic services such as blood sugar testing and ECG were conducted by the Medicover Hospital team. An ophthalmic check-up was also arranged, and spectacles were provided at concessional rates to needy patients.
All patients were provided free medicines as per medical advice. Nursing staff from Vatsalya Nursing Home extended valuable support in ensuring the smooth conduct of the camp and efficient dispensing of medicines.
The camp was very well arranged by A. C. Patil College of Engineering with active participation from all NSS students. Additionally, all boys and girls from the college were provided multivitamins, calcium, and iron supplements.
