Creative Corner Back
We tend to take so much for granted the good someone has done, whether it is family, friends or team. We tend to focus on the little not done or not done well.
However, appreciating the efforts,  honestly with good, positive words has a lot of beneficial effects on the behavior of the one receiving it.
It reinforces the good and uplifts the mood.
Acknowledgement creates self awareness - a person may not know he or she is good at something until someone specifically mentions it.
When people are used to being criticized, judged, blamed or used to being the target of fault finding, appreciation comes a cool breeze - it refreshes them
Good words build confidence in ways not known before
Appreciation encourages one to try more - to take that one more step!

So today, let us take a moment to genuinely appreciate something good somebody has done, however small it is! It doesn't cost anything but goes a long way in building someone's confidence...
