Club was charted on 26th June 1971. it has a long history of 54 years. RC Lonavla was sponsored by RC Khopoli.  RC Lonavla has done in these 54 years impactful projects for people of Lonavala and people staying around Lonavala. To name a few projects , School rehabilitation giving e - learning kits, giving benches, constructing toilets with water facilities etc. drawing & petrotic singing competition for school children, tree plantation, blood donation are the club’s yearly projects. They have done a global grant for samparc School, Malavali. They have done Lonavala railway station notification in a way of painting the walls. etc.
