The Citation was read by Vocation Avenue Director. Rtn Jayashree Kuber.

While in conversation with Rtn Jayashree Kuber & PP Maithili Manakwad, Dr Kishor Sarpotdar appealed to the new generation to develop an affinity & taste for Maharashtrian cuisine, which is rooted in nutrition and wholesomeness. He said that while it's essential to explore new food cultures, it's equally important to preserve our traditional food culture.

Dr. Sarpotdar further said that Poona Guest House is not just a hotel but a custodian of Maharashtrian culinary heritage and tradition. He mentioned that the organization has been committed to social responsibility and has made efforts to give back to the community.
