Giving Back to the Community: MSC's Annual Blood Donation Drive with RC Poona Downtown
MSC blood donation drive was conducted on September 23rd 2025 onwards continuing for 3 consecutive days. They have been registering their employee Staff since last few weeks and volunteers were also welcome. This was the 3rd year of our collaboration with Shri Acharya Anand Rishi ji Blood Bank who carried out the collection of blood units. It was held at the lobby of Mastercard Corporate office with about 15 to almost 20 beds prepared for collecting the blood.
All due precautions were taken in accordance with the laid down standards with authorities like the FDA and Blood Bank regulation guidelines.
The programme was supported by Rotary Club of Poona Downtown members, who attending in a laid down schedule of morning and afternoon shifts, keeping with their presence all round the clock.
A record 961 units were collected by the end of the event, after screening over a thousand volunteers!
