Rotary's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion wing Celebrated Women's Day with a Tribute to Champions Back

On the occasion of Women’s Day, Rotary clubs came together to celebrate the spirit of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by honoring four dynamic women - Diksha Dande, Suchitra Kharwandikar, Neha Nahar and Ankita Arvikar - who have shown remarkable strength and resilience despite facing physical challenges. These exceptional women exemplify how a powerful mind and soul can overcome any limitations, inspiring us all to appreciate and recognize our abilities.

The event, attended by a house full of guests, was a testament to Rotary's commitment to DEI. The Chief Guest for the evening, PI Sunita Lakshman Rokde, joined in saluting these women and the clubs for discovering such gems who serve as beacons of inspiration for everyone.

Rotary's dedication to DEI was on full display as these remarkable women shared their stories, proving that with determination and courage, anything is possible. Their unwavering spirit serves as a reminder that inclusivity and empowerment are not just ideals but achievable goals that we can all strive for.

As we celebrate Women’s Day, let us take inspiration from these women and continue our journey towards a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world.
