Organizing an event of Nakshatra's scale and magnitude requires employing every term commonly used in management jargon. This was evident on January 7, 2024, at the COEP campus in their auditorium. RCP Sahawas hosted the District Interact Conference - Nakshatra, drawing participation from 815 students and teachers across Pune District 3131, including Raigarh.

Rotary's INTERACT CLUB aims to instill ideas of community service, organization, and leadership in young minds aged 12-18. The discipline, decorum, and dedication displayed by a large group of students were exemplary, reinforcing Rotarians' belief in being on the right track. Such reality checks are crucial in the present digital age where becoming irrelevant is the norm.

Kudos to President Rtn. Pratibha for her hard work and network, AG Rtn Kiran for his organizational skills, Mentor Rtn. Prakash Avachat for his commitment to the cause, and Rtn. Sameer Kulkarni, the program's Convenor, for his thoughtful speech and leadership in investing his mind and money.

The program's highlight was the interaction between the famous Head Master Wale Guruji from ZP school in Shirur taluka and his students with the audience comprising Interact students and teachers. The language, mathematics, and scientific knowledge displayed by them were amazing. The Guest speaker Rtn. Anant Kasibhatla tried hard to connect with young students by decoding INTERACT - Intention setting, Nullify negatives, Treat your studies as a full-time jin, Everyday routine, Respect your study place, Appreciation, Certainty, Teach others.

The post-lunch performance session was like a glimpse of talent. The students showcased spontaneity, variety, and confidence in dance, drama, and overall performance. Congratulations to Rtn. Maneesha Bhonsale and her dedicated team of students and teachers.

Special mention must be made of our young and fluent anchor Rtn. Preetam Tiwari for his seamless navigation of the 5-hour arduous show with his Maximum Coverage with Minimum word power approach.
