Rotary District 3131 Hosts Dynamic Membership Seminar at PYC Hindu Gymkhana

On August 24, 2025, Rotary District 3131 successfully organized its Membership Seminar at the PYC Hindu Gymkhana, hosted by the Rotary Club of Pune NIBM. The event brought together an impressive gathering of Rotary leaders and members to celebrate progress and share insights on membership growth and retention.

The seminar was graced by esteemed dignitaries including PDG Dr. Deepak Purohit, who served as the Chief Guest, ARMC Rtn Anil Parmar, District Governor Santosh Marathe, DMC Manjoo Phadke and District Membership Director Vivek Dixit. Also in attendance were Club Presidents, Membership Directors, and active members from various clubs across the district.

One of the key highlights of the event was the introduction of a unique partnership program designed to reward Rotarians based on their participation index, categorized under Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Corporate partners such as PNG Jewellers, Kaka Halwai Sweets, Raymonds, and Metropolis participated in a panel discussion led by Rtn Vivek Dixit and Rtn Ujwal Kele, where they shared details about the discount benefits and collaborative initiatives.

Another insightful panel featured Presidents from multiple Rotary clubs within RID 3131, who discussed their experiences and strategies around membership growth, engagement, and retention.

The most inspiring segment of the seminar was the keynote address by Chief Guest RMC Dr Deepak Purohit titled “Parwarish”, which was met with great appreciation for its heartfelt message and relevance to the Rotary mission.

The seminar concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing Club Presidents, Membership Directors, sponsors of New members and top-performing members for their exceptional contributions towards Rotary membership up to August 23, 2025.

Around 400 participants attended this seminar which had a good takeaway for everyone.
