Waves and Wheels: RC Pune Heritage's Peace Car Rally to Konkan
The Rotary Club of Pune Heritage just rocked the Konkan roads with their epic 3-day Peace Car Rally, titled "Waves and Wheels" from Nov 22nd to 24th, 2025, driving through Mangaon, Anjarle, Dapoli, Kolthare, Dabhol, Guhagad and Chiplun - the tranquil route loaded with pristine beaches and historic landmarks, and the night halts at Dapoli and Guhagad adding to the thrills.
AG Rtn. Ujwal Kele flagged off 8 cars with 32 passionate members, cruising for a cause - spreading peace and humanity vibes. Cars rolled out at 6 AM, adorned with "May Peace Prevail On Earth" stickers on them echoing Rotary's Unite for Good theme.
The rally highlights included 2 Rotary meetings and heartwarming flag exchanges with Rotary Club of Goregaon and Rotary Club of Dapoli - fostering friendship and fellowship beyond borders. The scenic, picturesque Konkan route added to the adventure, making it a perfect blend of immense fun, friendship, and purpose. It was an unforgettable odyssey that will be fondly remembered by the members.
