A Memorable Journey as Joint Secretary – Publication | RY 2024–25

It has been an incredible experience serving as the Joint Secretary of Publication for Rotary Year 2024–25.

This year, we brought innovation to the forefront with a vibrant, animated, and visually engaging GML, designed to connect and inspire. We introduced a fun and knowledge-driven Rotary Quiz, creating a fresh and interactive platform to deepen Rotary awareness across the district.

One of our proudest achievements has been reaching over 10,000+ viewers, covering almost every club in our district—truly showcasing the unity and spirit of Rotary 3131. A special new feature, “Club Corner”, was launched to highlight the signature projects of clubs, offering them a platform to shine and share their impactful work.

Another major milestone this year was the creation of the Digital District Directory—a first in the history of Rotary District 3131. This initiative marked a significant step towards digitization and accessibility. A heartfelt thank you to Rtn. Yogesh Bhide, Director of the District Directory, for his dedicated leadership in bringing this vision to life.

My heartfelt thanks to all Club Presidents for your enthusiastic support and contributions throughout this journey.

A special note of gratitude to District Governor Rtn. Shital Shah for placing trust in us and empowering our team to innovate and excel.

To our visionary Captain and Secretary of Publication, Rtn. Vrunda Walimbe, thank you for your unwavering guidance, constant motivation, and belief in the team.

A very special thanks to Rtn. Shubhangi Mulay, Editor GML - my strong pillar of support. Her passion, precision, and commitment as a Rotarian were truly inspiring. I feel fortunate to have gained not only a teammate but also a wonderful friend during this journey.

Lastly, a big thank you to all my Publication Avenue teammates—your dedication, creativity, and teamwork were the driving force behind this successful year.

Together, we’ve set new benchmarks and created lasting memories. I look forward to many more meaningful Rotary moments ahead!
