The MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is signed between Rotary International District 3131 by DG Rtn. Shital Shah, DGE Rtn. Santosh Marathe& DGN Rtn. Nitin Dhamale & Founder Mr. Anand Choradia of The Eco Factory Foundation (TEFF) to work together for next three years.
TEFF works on three main verticals (Rural, Urban, and Industrial sectors) relentlessly to achieve sustainability under the guidance of Mr. Anand Chordia. It is set forth on a mission to make the world a greener and more sustainable place.
The vision of TEFF is to make everyone pioneer in enabling and empowering sustainable living to inculcate healthy lifestyle and foster traditional procedures for people, planet and prosperity. The concept of Net Zero is implemented & various aspects of Net Zero are showcased at Eco Factory Foundation Centre Yavat. Net Zero Centre provides a cutting-edge experience dedicated to showcasing sustainable practices that can lead to achieving net zero carbon, net zero water, net zero energy, and net zero waste. Exhibits of Shashwat Bharat Setu for Sustainable living and Shashwat Bharat KrushiRath for Sustainable Farming are two more activities for working together.
Recently 13 Clubs namely RCP Up-Town, RCP Karvenagar, RCP Wisdom, RCP Bavdhan Elite, RCP Parvati, RCP Royal, RCP Warje, RCP West End, RCP Baner, RCP Sahawas,
RCPoona West, RC Aundh & RC Pimpri had organized Shashwat Bharat Setu Exhibition at DnayneshwarSabhagruh in Association with MIT. It was well attended by Staff, Students, Rotarians, Rotary Friends and citizens. Good number of visitors have shown the interest in the Net Zero activity for organization in association with RID 3131 & TEFF.
Many activities can be done together under the following Avenues, Happy Village, RCC, Vocational, Economic & Community Development, WASH, Youth & Environment
