RCPA as Synergy Partner at Soldierathon 2025
The Rotary Club of Poona Airport (RCPA) proudly partnered as a Synergy Partner in Soldierathon on 9/11/2025, supporting India’s soldiers and the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre (PRC).
RCPA was felicitated by Lt. Gen. A.K. Ramesh and has flagged off the 10K & 5K runs. Under the leadership of President Rtn. Anirban DasGupta, the club demonstrated strong community commitment.
RCPA sponsored 60 special students and also supported the Ashok Kamte Foundation, whose runner won the 10K event. Rotaractors from AIT also participated with great enthusiasm.
A key highlight was a high-energy Zumba session by Rtn. Sucheta Jagwani and her team, energizing over 8,700 runners and significantly enhancing Rotary’s public visibility, as it was been sponsored by Rotary Club Of Poona Airport.
President Anirban DasGupta, expressed heartfelt thanks to all RCPA members Anns & Annett's for their enthusiastic support, which contributed to making this association with Soldierathon a meaningful success in the true spirit of Rotary where service above self.
