Fantastic Rotary Friends,
Wouldn’t it be strange to say that I work at Rotary? Or I work at NGO? But it’s certainly true that Rotary is much more beyond an NGO. When I got enrolled as a Rotarian in 2016, I believed that it is an NGO but when I become secretary and got to know more about all the avenues and the way of Rotary’s modus of operandi ; I became true Rotarian. This moment gave clear insights. It gives you good friends. They treat you as if we are friends since ages. Rotary is Friendship.
Current year DG Santosh gave me opportunity to be as his Assist Governor for Zone 3, Reg14. I can’t tell, most of the clubs invited me to be present in their meetings. Over a period rotarians from multiple clubs says that “भाई आप लास्ट मीटिंग क्यू नही थे?” I happen to crack laughing; saying that I am from RCP HAVELI and I was invited multiple times to your club by very good friends. The crux, I want to highlight is this is magic of Rotary, all accept you as is, PERIOD!
The way, rotarians do their projects are phenomenal. One of a kind, way of working style. On paper it is 5% admin cost and we happen to brag about this as is transfer of all donations to beneficiaries. But I must say, we the Rotarians try to make it more than 110% of any possible donations coming to us.

I am really enjoying friendship, fellowship and great speakers in the Rotary. RID3131 doing year on year service projects worth 200+ Crores INR. But I must say if we calculate operational and admin cost then it will be close to double and not less (~400crores every year).
Most importantly, RID 3131 is the one of those districts where this happens seamlessly. Credit goes to all 135 clubs in it and 5200+ members. I am proud member of RCP HAVELI EAST from RID 3131.
