The career guidance & counseling Project was carried out for School Students by the Rotary Club of Pune Magarpattacity by Rtn Col Uday Jagavkar. The first session comprised of Career orientation session followed by a Psychometric Assessment on OMR sheets. Multiple sessions in school were conducted considering a large number of attendees.
A seventeen-page report will be generated for each student comprising their Aptitude, Personality, and Interest with the 10 best career options. The next session will be held after the Diwali vacation in each school to discuss the selection of correct subjects & stream. Under this project we covered seven schools & a total of 1860 students got benefitted.
