This Rotary year, the GML has evolved into much more than a monthly bulletin. It has become a valuable platform that promotes inclusion, transparency, and consistency across the district. What impressed me most was the way each edition showed continuous improvement, reflecting the commitment and dedication of the GML Director and his team.
The regular publication of club achievements, timely prize declarations, and clear guidance provided to clubs created a healthy sense of competition. More importantly, it encouraged clubs to introspect, innovate, and strive for excellence in their service projects and overall performance.
As an Assistant Governor, I particularly appreciated the special space given to AGs. It helped strengthen communication, highlighted field-level efforts, and fostered a stronger connection between district leadership and clubs.
The presentation of GML during the District Conference was informative and showcased the significant impact this initiative has made throughout the year. Behind every issue was a team working consistently to keep Rotarians informed, engaged, and inspired.
My sincere appreciation to the GML Director and the entire team for creating a platform that not only shares information but also motivates clubs to grow, collaborate, and perform better.
