District Learning Assembly (DLA) provides an opportunity to presidents, secretaries, club board members, and avenue chairs of each club to understand the district initiatives & learn avenue-wise.

DLA for RY 25-26 was held on 27th April 2025 and was named SUFALAM. It was organized at Symbiosis International University, Hill Top campus at Lavale-Mulshi. It was hosted by Rotary Club of Pune Phoenix.

It was a full day event from 9 am to 5 pm. The morning session was plenary. IPDG Shital wished the incoming governor Rtn Santosh and his team. Rtn Santosh explained the theme 'Unite for Good' and his vision for RY 25-26. DLF Dr Anil Parmar explained the importance of the role of each club officer. PDG Deepak Shikarpur shared his COL experiences. The chief guest for the program was PRID Dr Mahesh Kotbagi. Rtn Dr. Amod Divekar introduced the chief guest in his own style. The speech of Dr. Mahesh Kotbagi was quite inspiring and created an enthusiastic atmosphere. District Secretary Rtn Dr. Jignesh Pandya delivered the vote of thanks.

In the break out session, the rotarians were divided into seven groups and avenue-wise these trainings were organized in 7 different halls. The district directors and their teams carried out these break-out sessions. The sessions were informative & and very useful for the club's board members.

The plenary session was in the main auditorium, and break- out sessions were in the SANDIPANI building. All logistic work was done very swiftly by the host club members, with smiling faces. Each & every member of the host club participated in DLA & and made maximum efforts to make the event successful.
