Polio Vaccination Booth Report: 

RCP Pristine had set up its Polio Vaccination Booth at Sevasadan English Medium School, Patwardhan Baug. This year, the government didn’t campaign much for the Polio vaccination drive.
So, we at RCP Pristine took the initiative to spread awareness in every possible way:
1. We put up four banners around the Patwardhan Baug area.
2. Pristinians displayed the campaign flyer on their WhatsApp status starting four days before the vaccination day.
3. The flyer was circulated across 22–25 housing society WhatsApp groups( Patwardhan baug area)
4. Around 11,000 pamphlets were printed and distributed with newspapers across the Erandwane area.
5. The flyer was also shared with parents of younger students from Sevasadan School.

It’s always a heartwarming experience to give those two precious drops of Polio vaccine to little children. Every child received a small toy as a gift. A total of 22 Pristinians actively participated in administering the drops to children under five years of age. Some babies even received the drops while sitting in their cars!
It was a special moment when DG Santosh and DFL Tanuuja visited the booth and personally gave Polio drops to some of the children. In total, 200+ children were vaccinated.
