Rtn.Ravikiran under the guidance of IPDG Mannjoo Phadke, Coordinator - 3131 for South Asia RLI Committee, initiated The Rotary Leadership Institute's Part I & II ( 12 topic courses) in our district at Rotary Community Center, Panvel ably supported by PDG Rtn.Dr. Girish Gune, PDG Rtn. Mohan Palesha as Discussion Leaders along Rtn. CM Bendre from RID 3142, Jt. Sec. RLI South Asia, Rtn. Ajay Narakesari from RC 3030, Rtn. Pravin Lakhe from RID 3131, Rtn Dr Ravikiran himself from RID 3131.
Participants from 7 clubs - Panvel & Kharghar participated through their enthusiastic interactions, case studies, role plays actively. All sessions were conducted with a mix of Marathi, Hindi and English languages. Rotarians were comfortable to express their views in their choice of language.
