Rotary Club of Narayangaon Highway organises various projects which are  beneficial to local people, social and economically backward people, tribal community, primary school children, police, daily wages  labours,collegestudents,needy people regarding health issue etc.The club is consistently  organising  from last one decade the projects and activities such  as celebration of Doctor's Day, Farmer's day ,CA day,tree plantation, health Check up camp, cloth donation, smart school, RakshaBandhan for police, Life skill through Rayla, adventure activities, Drinking water facility at isolated places, toilet for girls,hand stations, Happy school, Women empowerment,study circle etc.
