Dear Rotarians in D3131 The program for NGSE (New Generations Service Exchange)

(18-30 years age 1 month to 3 month program) is going on very well in our district and is becoming stronger every year. Last year we did 19 in person exchanges (10 in and 9 out) with districts in abroad. This year we have finalised for 18 exchanges till date of which 2 have been completed. We shall be exceeding last years count by the end of the year. The Clubs that have participated in hosting the two candidates who came this RY are RCP Bavdhan Elite, RCP Koregaon Park, and RCP Riverside.

The two candidates (Austria, Brazil) undertook their NGSE experience in Artificial Intelligence in Softdel Systems Pvt Ltd and in Surgery in Jupiter Hospital. This year the countries that we have finalised with are Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Austria, Italy and Kenya. One of these is a group exchange to/ from Brazil in which 5 medical girl students are coming for a month in January 2026 to our district and candidates shall be going in May and June 2026. One of the pictures here shows the group from Berlin Germany with the NGSE team who were here in April 2025. The other picture shows the two candidates this year with DG Santosh Marathe. If a French speaking candidate wants to go to Compiegne near Paris on an NGSE experience, the French district is ready to take.
