Rtn. Uday Dharmadhikari is a committed Rotarian and seasoned professional with engineering and management qualifications, complemented by advanced management and global CEO program from Gravita Global, UK. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), RICS (UK), and AIMA.
With over 40 years of leadership experience, he has guided business operations in India and overseas, establishing units in Romania, the UK, and the Middle East. His strengths include Urban Infrastructure, Real Estate, Strategic Planning, and building high-performance teams.
His professional journey has earned him notable honours such as the Lifetime Achievement Award, Most Promising Entrepreneur, Pathfinder – Enterprising CEO, and Man of Excellence, along with recognition as an entrant to Ashoka Changemaker, supported by Rockefeller foundation for his work in sustainable development and many more...
Currently he serves on advisory board of many start up, legal entity and investment management firm.
Since joining Rotary Club of Pune Central in 2018, he has served in key roles including Chair – Service Projects, Director – Service Projects, Vice President, Director – Club Administration, Director- Public Image, Director- Program & Fellowship President Elect, and President (RY 2022–23). His year earned Best President, 7-Star President, and the highest CSR and TRF contributions in the district 3131 and top in South East Asia.
His district roles include Co-Director – Entrepreneurship (RY 23–24), Co-Director – Water (RY 24–25), and he currently serves as Assistant Governor (RY 2025–26), Zone 4, Region 19.
He is supported by his wife Savita, House Wife son Aditya, Marketing professional with Italian multinational , daughter-in-law Prajakta, Marketing Professional with listed Real Estate company and grandson Ayaansh.
