This year’s RI theme is “Unite for Good” and is synonymous to “SYNERGY in Rotary”

What is SYNERGY?
When Two or more clubs come together to execute a project, SYNERGY automatically evolves.
More the merrier. These clubs can share their resources
Resources types could be one or many.
Example: Funds / Project Ideas / Beneficiaries / Execution support /Monitoring support etc

Benefits of SYNERGY : 
Each SYNERGY member club gets benefitted.
Planning BIGGER / BETTER & BOLDER projects becomes easy with SYNERGY.
SYNERGY Projects creates bigger IMPACT in communities
SYNERGY help create “Better Public Image” for Rotary

Difficult for smaller clubs having limited financial resources.
Few Clubs in the District having above resources and experience can join hands with other smaller clubs to do GG project: Smaller clubs can contribute with their small DDF or Cash contribution / Project Ideas / Beneficiaries / Execution support /Monitoring support /
This will give satisfaction to small clubs for GG participation. They will also get trained and get confidence to do independent GG project 
DGE Santosh and Global Grant Team is encouraging this SYNERGY.

District SYNERGY Avenue : GOALS : RY 25-26 
  • Every club should participate in ‘at least one’ SYNERGY activity 
  • Every Service Avenue should have ‘at least one’ SYNERGY activity initiated and lead by the respective Avenue District Team.
  • Plan a mega fund raising activity in SYNERGY with multiple clubs. 
  • There will be ‘at least one’ SYNERGY project under ‘each AG’ with their respective clubs 
  • Every club should participate in ‘at least one’ Global Grant or CSR Grant funded project 
  • District SYNERGY Team will, hunt for and create SYNERGY project opportunities. 
For example: 
Sahitya Sammelan / Happy Family Kit /Asmita Project / Chhatrachhaya etc

Appeal to different Stake-holders
Request every club to think how they can take the advantage of SYNERGY
You should create opportunities for your club and other clubs by designing SYNERGY projects / weekly meetings / activities / GG / CSR / Fund raiser / Events – District /Cultural / Sports etc.
Create at least one SYNERGY Project with your AG. 
Instead of having individual “Tree Plantation” and “Blood Donation” drives, do it as one “Rotary District Drive" !
We encourage you to come with your own ideas, discuss with District SYNERGY Team. We will definitely help you to make it happen by coordinating clubs in the District and getting SYNERGY Partners for you !!!
