INSTALLATION CEREMONY OF ROTRACT CLUB OF PUNE UNIVERSITY
Installation of Community Rotract Club of Rotary Club of Pune University was arranged
on 19th December 2025 at Dr. B. V. Rao Hall, Deccan Gymkhana from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by the President of RCPU Rtn. Vishal Kulkarni followed
by National Anthem, Four-Way Test and Secretarial Announcement by Secretary Gauri
Gupte was conducted. President Vishal Kulkarni welcomed all the Rotractors and
congratulated them for successful installation of community based Rotract Club. The
installation ceremony was graced by the presence of Rotarian Dr. Vishwanath Lele,
Assistant Governor, Rotary District 3131.
Below Board of Directors were elected as members of Club namely:
President – Anand Kalyani
Secretary – Atharva Sawant
Treasurer – Shivtej Khose
Director International – Ria Indalkar
Director Public Relations – Insha Ansari
Director Membership – Saloni Shinde
Director Projects – Rupam Patil
President Vishal Kulkarni, RCPU and Dr. Vishwanath Lele handed over the Charter
Certificate of the Club to President Anand Kalyani and his Board of Directors along with
the Rotary pins to all the Rotractors. Dr. Vishwanath Lele during his speech motivated the
young Rotractors and also stated the importance of “Four Way Test” through real life
example. Dr. Vishwanath Lele also stated that; Rotractors should know the purpose of
joining Rotract club and focus more on conducting club activities successfully rather than
focusing on attending meetings.
President Anand Kalyani during his speech expressed his gratitude towards Rotract Club
Advisor Dr. Tushar Deoras, President Vishal Kulkarni, Chairperson Ravindra Bendre,
New generation (Youth) Director Renuka Madiwale, Secretary Gauri Gupte and all the
members of RCPU. He also mentioned about the activities to be carried out by the club
throughout the year namely; medical projects, environmental projects, flagship events
etc. Secretary Atharva Sawant & Treasurer Shivtej Khose, both thanked each one
present in the evening for their gracious presence and cooperation, which truly made the
installation ceremony memorable and successful.
