Rotary club of Kharghar Midtown and Rotary E club of Pune Diamond in synergy held the project Green Periods at Kopra gaon, Kharghar
The Project Green Periods was initiatiated at Sudhagadh school, Kopra, sector 10. Kharghar.
Successful distribution of eco-friendly sanitary napkins to 122 girls in this school was done and will be donating to around 500 students. This project was not just about distribution—it was about awareness, dignity, and creating a sustainable, healthy future for our young girls. Thanks to Rtn Dr Amogh Shahane for having an awareness talk on breaking taboos around menstruation and promoting environmentally responsible choices to young girls. Together, we are nurturing not only greener periods, but also a more empowered and informed generation. President Rtn Dr Ravikiran, Rtn Dr Amogh Shahane ,PE Rtn Dr Komal Gundewar and few other members have taken the part of this impactful journey!
