In Feb. 25 ,a record number of 38 members and Anns of RC of Pune Shivajinagar went on Lucknow, Ayodhya and Varanasi tour. Due to Kumbh mela on- line booking of Ram Lalla Darshan had been halted and there was no guidance available for organizing Darshan. I as the President contacted a Rotary club in Ayodhya (Faizabad) by getting contact details from web and could get in touch with PP Rtn. Neeraj Shrivastava. He arranged guides for the group and provided wholehearted cooperation. Due to Car rally of their District, he could not join us but ensured that we got the help needed. So, 38 members with many senior citizens completed Darshan within half an hour. Just day before a record 10 lakh devotees had visited the temple and darshan took time anywhere from 12 to 15 hours.. When we thanked Rtn.Neeraj  for the help rendered, he said “Rotarians are never alone and are always there for each other”. In Varanasi on a visit to a shop, I saw Rotary Wheel and RI President Photo. The owner Rtn. Kapoor was PP of RC Varanasi. A lot of exchange of information about projects took place.I handed over RCPS flag to him. He felicitated myself and my better half PP Rtn.Sharad, posted our photos of felicitation on their club Face book page. Magic of Rotary was experienced through these unforgettable experiences.
