Laxman Tukaram Patil joined the Rotary Club of Panvel central * in the year *2005, marking the beginning of a deeply fulfilling journey in service and leadership.
In the year 2022-23, I had the honour of serving as the *President of the Rotary Club of Panvel Central. During this tenure, I worked with full dedication and responsibility — focusing on impactful community service projects, enhancing member engagement, and strengthening the club’s visibility and participation in district initiatives.
In 2023-24 and again in 2024-25, I served as the District Foundation Chairperson. This role gave me the opportunity to promote the Rotary Foundation’s mission across clubs, guide fund raising initiatives, encourage global grant participation, and ensure members understood the long-term value of their contributions to sustainable projects.
For the year 2025-26, I am serving as an *Assistant Governor ,a role that demanded coordination between the district leadership and multiple clubs. I am providing support, guidance, and motivation to club presidents, helping to track club performance, and facilitating the implementation of district goals at the grassroots level.
