11705 children were vaccinated in the Pulse Polio drive held by Rotary Club of Pune Baner in association with IIEBM Back

The Rotary Club of Pune Baner, in association with the Indian Institute of Education and Business Management (IIEBM), organized a Pulse Polio drive on the National Immunization Day for Polio. The drive saw the participation of Dr. Ganesh Damale, PMC doctor, Dr. Maya Lohar, Ward Medical Officer and her team, who vaccinated 11,705 infants. Dr. Bhagwan Pawar, CMO of PMC and Dr. Rajesh Dighe, Assistant Immunization Officer, actively supported and guided the campaign.

Rtn. Jignessh Karria, President of the Rotary Club of Pune Baner, expressed gratitude to Assistant Commissioner of Aundh Baner Ward, Mr. Girish Dapkekar, for coordinating with the PMC medical teams and providing the opportunity to conduct the Polio Campaign.

350 students from the Indian Institute of Education and Business Management (IIEBM) College also actively participated in the campaign. Dr. Jai Singh Marwaha, Managing Director of IIEBM, Dean Dr. Poonam Nikam and faculty members Dr. Vishal Bhole, Sandeep Kanse and Chandrakala Rai were present during the event.

Members of the Rotary Club of Pune Baner, including Rtn. Vilas Shete, Rtn. Ajit Chaudhary, Rtn. Yogesh Bochre, Rtn. Dr. Shekhar Benade, Rtn. Kamlesh Ferwani, Rtn. Hitendra Admuthe, Rtn. Madhukar Deshmukh, Rtn. Kishore Garme, Rtn. Neelima Bhate, Rtn. Archana Vaidya, Rtn. Priiya (FL) Karria, Rtn. Nitin Wagh, Rtn. Anirudh Joshi, Mrs. Prajakta Joshi, Mrs. Pranjali Girme and Mrs. Reshma Samarth, actively participated in the pulse polio drive.
