Rotary Club of Pune Royal in association with RMD College of Engineering jointly organized an insightful seminar titled “Engineering Yourself – Beyond Grade, Beyond Code” at RMD College of Engineering.
The keynote speaker for the session was Ms. Vrinda Parasnis, Deputy General Manager – HR at Persistent Systems, who delivered a highly informative and engaging lecture. She shared valuable insights on personal development, industry expectations, importance of Knowledge, Skills and Attitude, encouraging students to look beyond academics and coding skills.
Approximately 100 students from the Mechanical Engineering Department attended the seminar with great enthusiasm and active participation.
